On Saturday February 4th Local Option will host a fundraising initiative to benefit Pediatric Cancer research. In the summer of 2016 a dear friend of Local Option, Dan Platt, was diagnosed with Stage 2 Testicular Cancer. He has since gone through chemotherapy and is in recovery. His wish is to help raise money to help children with cancer because, to use Dan’s words, “Going through cancer treatment REALLY sucks, even for adults. I can’t imagine what it must be like for a child (and their family).”
To do our part to help further the research of pediatric cancer we will donate all of the proceeds for Outlawger (renamed “Ball To The Wall” for the evening) between 6 and 10pm will be donated to Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, headquartered in Chicago.
Help us support research for Pediatric Cancer on February 4th between 6-10pm by drinking “Ball To The Wall” to benefit Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
