Smashed Grabbed & Hop Dusted (Collaboration with Holy Mountain Brewing)
Apocolocynposis (Collaboration with Monkish Brewing Co.)
Sour ale brewed with Blackberries and Lime.
A sour brew that is aged for a year and a half in a 100-bbl oak foudre before being blended with a few “normal” size barrels of varying ages. The result creates a complex combination of flavors and sophistication.
Cucurbitophobia (Collaboration with Monkish Brewing Co.)
Sour ale with Blood Orange & spices added.
Sea Buckthorn Fandango (Collaboration with Mikkeller)
Wild ale was brewed with Sea Buckthorn Juice, is 5.8% Alcohol, and spent one year and two months in oak souring.
Olas Espaciales (Collaboration with Jester King)
Saison with a ton of Texas citrus, blood orange, grapefruit, lemons and tangerines 7.5%
We will also have bottles of Oro de Calabaza Grand Reserve.
